1: What are the system requirements for PowerShadow Workstation?

2: What is Shadow Mode?
A: Based on the real system, PowerShadow has innovatively cloned a virtual operating system, identical and fully functional as the original, named Shadow Mode. Everything you do in Shadow Mode is virtual. Therefore, when virus and malicious software attacks, it does not attack your real system, but the clone of the operating system.
3: What is Normal Mode?
A: Normal Mode is a name of the real system that we called to compare with Shadow Mode. After installed and activation, you could enter Normal Mode by un-selecting the” Shadow Mode” option in the start-up menu.
4: What is Single Shadow Mode?
A: Single Shadow Mode is a special mode that only intends to protect Windows Operating System. In Single Shadow Mode, a virtual image of the operating system partition is created, fully functional as the original; but non system partition would run normally. Single Shadow Mode has a new combination of security and convenience, not only secures the safety of Windows Operating System, but also ensures that new documents are saved to non-system partition easily.
Single Shadow Mode features a way of folder saving called Folder Relocation. For example, desktop/my document/ favorites/Outlook that are originally saved in system partition by default, can now be re-located in non-system partition. This design goal has made it possible to provide users with a much safer platform without actually changing user’s habits.
5: What is Full Shadow Mode?
A: In contrast with single shadow mode, full shadow mode would generate shadow for all local hard disks. Any changes in all local disks will disappear when quit full shadow mode. To avoid data loss, please save the useful files that you produced in full shadow mode to peripheral such as flash disk or mobile disk.
6: I cannot change the options under Shadow Mode, why?
A: Any changes you made in Shadow Mode will remain unchanged after exist. Please set the changes in Normal Mode.
7:How can I save data in Full Shadow Mode?
A: Data could be saved to Mobile disk or partitions are not protected by PowerShadow.
8. What are your software compatibilities?
A: Programs that run in Normal Mode will do the same in Shadow Mode.
9. How do I uninstall PowerShadow?
A: Click Start ->Programs->PowerShadow->Uninstall PowerShadow.
10: I am not technically savvy. Can I still use PowerShadow?
A: Absolutely. We have designed PowerShadow to be used by anyone, regardless of their computer knowledge. It will surprise you with how easy it is to use.

13. How long I will get my registration code after I place the order?
Once your order is accepted, your registration code will be sent to you within 24 hours (usually immediately! ) It’s a pretty painless process. Please note that a delay could mean that the e-mail address given in your order form is invalid (due to misspelling, etc.).
14. Lost Registration Info Policy?
If you are a registered user, and for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with a registration code within a reasonable amount of time (24 hours for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please send an e-mail to register@powershadow.com. Once we receive the request, we'll resend your registration code to you as soon as possible! 17: Providing that one day I have to change my hard disk from 40GB to 200GB, upon installation of Windows platform and software including the PowerShadow. Can I still input the same registered code of PowerShadow software and make it function again?
Yes, you can. Your register code is valid whenever re-installation is needed. Or if you happened to forget/ lose your register code after purchase, you could always use e-mail account that you had previously registered when buying PowerShadow to inform us, and you will get your personal register code afterward through e-mail.
